1. User Responsibilities Users agree to: - Use the platform only for lawful purposes - Comply with all applicable laws - Follow WhatsApp Business policies defined by Meta - Avoid misleading, fraudulent, or spam marketing practices Users must maintain valid opt-in proof for all marketing communications. 2. Media File & Creative Guidelines Users must ensure that all uploaded media complies with WhatsApp API standards: Images: - Formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png - Maximum Size: 5 MB - Excessive text-heavy images are discouraged. Promotional content should primarily be included in the message body. Text-heavy creatives may result in template rejection. Videos: - Formats: .mp4, .3gp - Maximum Size: 16 MB - Recommended to keep videos short for better delivery performance. Documents: - Formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .txt - Maximum Size: 100 MB If files exceed supported limits or formats, message delivery or template approval may fail. The Company is not responsible for such failures. Media standards may change as per Meta policy updates. 3. Messaging & Campaign Compliance Users are responsible for: - Following the 24-hour messaging rule - Avoiding repeated spam campaigns - Selecting the correct message category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, Service) - Maintaining healthy engagement and block rates High complaint rates may result in: - Messaging limit reduction - Account restriction - Number suspension Such decisions are made solely by Meta and are beyond our control. 4. Meta Pricing & Categories Message charges and conversation categories are defined and controlled by Meta. Pricing may vary by country and conversation type and may change without prior notice. The Company does not control Meta’s pricing structure. 5. No Performance Guarantee We do not guarantee: - Message delivery rates - Open rates - Click-through rates - Sales conversions - Template approval timelines 6. Account Suspension & Liability If user activity violates policies or laws: - Accounts may be suspended - Services may be terminated - Refunds may not be applicable If Business Manager, WhatsApp account, or number is restricted by Meta, the Company shall not be held liable. Resolution timelines depend solely on Meta’s review process. 7. Technical & Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer Service availability depends on: - Meta API systems - Hosting providers - Internet infrastructure We are not liable for downtime, API errors, rate limits, or external service interruptions. 8. Data Backup Advisory Users must download campaign reports and performance data within 7 days. The Company is not obligated to restore deleted logs after the retention period. 9. Modifications to Service We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or service structure in response to platform updates or business needs. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
